    Dermal filler is made from a sugar that occurs naturally in the body, called Hyaluronic acid. It can be used cosmetically to add definition and volume to lips and placed beneath your skin, to give a youth and rejuvenated appearance.

    The effects of dermal fillers are immediate and long lasting. As Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the body, it is broken down over time; therefore the effects are non-permanent and reversible. The results will typically last for six-ten months, meaning most patients will return for treatment once or twice a year.

    Lucy qualified from the University of Manchester Dental School in 2002 and has since undertaken post-graduate training in Oral Surgery. She particularly enjoys helping anxious patients and people who lack confidence in their smile.

    Lucy has been trained by Dr Bob Khanna and provides various facial aesthetic treatments including dermal fillers for her patients.
